The Highland Council is a council area in the Scottish Highlands and is the largest local government area in the United Kingdom.

Staffordshire Police requested PCMG’s telecoms expertise to identify any potential overpayments and opportunities to lower costs going forward via a forensic cost audit.

With an annual telecommunications expenditure totalling £1,200,000, Wiltshire Council sought out PCMG’s telecoms auditing services in 2019.

PCMG undertook a forensic audit of LKQ Euro Car Parts’ supplier invoices for their fixed line and data networks, looking back over the previous six years period.

As a result of previous engagements, in March 2020, TfL commissioned PCMG to carry out a telecoms voice audit.

Halfords has over 400 stores and 300 autocentres nationwide, leading to a significant annual spend on telecoms services.

Telecoms are a considerable expense for the Council in maintaining essential services for the community, with an approximate spend of £785k each year.

Following a long-standing and successful relationship with Inspired, B&M was introduced to PCMG’s telecoms expertise to review their estate via a forensic cost audit.

PCMG were tasked with undertaking a forensic audit of the BT invoices received by Halfords for their fixed line, mobile and data networks looking back on a period of up to 6 years.
